Enrollment

Our school year runs from early September through late June.

Applications must include completed doctor’s assessment, immunization record, and emergency contact forms.

Please call our office to request an enrollment packet and application or you may download the forms below.

If you would like a tour of our school please call the school to schedule an appointment or feel free to stop in and see us!

Registration Fee: $100.00/per child Administrative Fee: $250.00/per family*

*This administrative fee will be added to your chosen SMART TUITION payment plan and will be billed accordingly.

Effective with 2011/2012 School Year: All families will be required to pay their tuition through SMART TUITION.

Tuition Assistance: Families wishing to apply for financial aid must do so through SMART FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. If you have not already applied or did not receive a form, please request one through the main office or by completing on line at www.smartuitionaid.com. Please reference St. Mary’s School ID #10048. All requests are strictly confidential.
